Error codes
Every error on this site has a code. If you hit one, find it below — or paste the code and this page's address into your AI assistant and ask it to help.

JP-101 | The build number in the footer couldn't be loaded. | Harmless; the rest of the page works. Refresh. If it persists, the site was deployed without its build step. |
JP-102 | The list of sites on the home page couldn't be filled in. | Refresh. If it persists, the page is being served without the site's Worker (e.g. opened as a local file). |
JP-103 | Your browser couldn't reach the server. | Check your internet connection, then try again. |
JP-301 | Your browser can't play or process audio from web pages. | Use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. |
JP-311 | Microphone access was blocked, so the tuner can't hear you. | Allow the microphone for this site in your browser's site settings (the icon left of the address bar), then press Start again. |
JP-312 | No usable microphone was found, or the browser doesn't allow microphone access here. | Plug in or enable a microphone. Microphone access only works over https. |
JP-321 | The wedding timeline can't be saved in this browser. | Storage is blocked (often private browsing). The tool still works; copy or print your timeline before leaving. |
JP-322 | Copying to the clipboard was blocked or isn't available. | Select the text and copy it manually, or use Print. |
JP-331 | The mix overlap is as long as (or longer than) the track. | Lower the overlap or raise the average track length. |
JP-332 | The track length couldn't be read. | Enter it as minutes:seconds, like 3:30. |
JP-401 | A check on the site dashboard failed. | Press Re-check all. If one site keeps failing, open it directly to see what it returns. |
JP-402 | A site on the dashboard is down, unreachable, or returned an error status (shown next to the code). | Open the site directly. "HTTP 5xx" means the site itself is failing; "TimeoutError" or "no response" means it didn't answer within 8 seconds. |
JP-404 | The page (or API endpoint) doesn't exist. | Check the address for typos, or go back to the home page. |
JP-405 | The request used a method this page doesn't accept. | Open the page normally in a browser. |
JP-411 | The Zelda tracker isn't connected to its data yet. | Nothing you can do on your end. Check back later. |
JP-412 | The Zelda tracker's data couldn't be loaded. | Try again in a minute. |
JP-500 | Something went wrong on the server. | Wait a minute and refresh. If it keeps happening, let Jon know through one of the project sites. |
